   ```
   not 
   ```xml
   <dependency>
               <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>

               <version>${spring.boot.version}</version>
               <optional>true</optional>
    </dependency>
   ```
   they have different effect on the project.The first one is order control metadata,the other is configuration properties metadata.
