newbie question - mail reader

Hi Guys,

Im trying to learn struts. I have just downloaded the 
jakarta-struts-1.2.1-src how do i see its codes and how can i see it 
running.

I mean the mailreader sample that uses pojo, how can i run it and see 
its codes.
