The scratchDir you specified ... is unusable.

Hello,

I am running tomcat 3.2.1 for OpenVMS and I am getting this error when I try
to use Virtual Hosts in Tomcat.
I am also using Apache 1.3.19 for OpenVMS with the same VirtualHosts.
