Let's revise error codes in org.apache.ignite.lang.ErrorGroups.Sql
All codes should be understandable and actionable for user, otherwise it should be get rid.
Also let's try to do logical grouping within SQL codes to have ability rapid lookup when need to find appropriate existing code
