[IMPORTANT] Bug in subsitemaps/treeprocessor in 2.0.3

Hi all,

Several people already reported this bug : in Cocoon 2.0.3, the 
interpreted sitemap engine (aka "TreeProcessor") fails to inherit 
components in subsitemaps.

This has been fixed in the cocoon_2_0_3_branch in CVS. This bug can also 
be fixed in the 2.0.3 distro by updating only the class 
org.apache.cocoon.components.ExtendedComponentSelector.

Note do devs : this calls for a 2.0.4 update soon.
