There has been some discussion in the group regarding adding
various configuration utilities.

Quick straw vote:

Would I get any support to move all of the defines for 
SERVER_ROOT, DOCUMENT_ROOT, etc. into the Makefile?

I would then plan to slightly change the Makefile so that
it would be possible to edit the necessary #defines and 
type 'make hpux', 'make sun', make netbsd' etc.

Comments?

These are some of the cleanup items I feel need to be done
before a public release.
