[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Mesos 0.21.0 (rc3)

Hi all,

The vote for Mesos 0.21.0 (rc3) has passed with the
following votes.

+1 (Binding)
------------------------------
Vinod Kone
Adam Bordelon
Benjamin Mahler

+1 (Non-binding)
------------------------------

There were no 0 or -1 votes.

It is recommended to use a mirror to download the release:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi

The CHANGELOG for the release is available at:

The mesos-0.21.0.jar has been released to:

For those who are interested, I've updated my spec to match and have rebuilt for f21: 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=594867 

Same steps apply for those who would like to rebuild for EL7&Variants: 
http://timothysc.github.io/blog/2014/09/08/mesos-breeze/ 

In the coming months I hope to make those steps unnecessary, and try to get Mesos into epel channels: 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL
