Vetting the list to the best of my abilities with Google Translate, Wikipedia,
etc.:

mail.com - confirmed
daum.net - confirmed and adding hanmail.net
naver.com - confirmed
nate.com - confirmed
list.ru - Can't confirm
rediff.com - confirmed
clubinternet.fr - Can't confirm
club-internet.fr - This doesn't appear to be free but rather some sort of add
on service to a mobile provider.
chello.pl - This appears to be an ISP not a freemail provider
chello.nl - ""
me.com - This is Apple's iCloud.  I believe it can be considered free and
adding @icloud.com & @mac.com. to list.
rambler.ru - confirmed

Assuming these aren't duplicates already in 20_freemail_domains.cf, looks like
