problem related to picolo

Hi,

Recently, I saw some error related to Picolo when
trying to parse the xml using XMLBeans. The error says
something like below.

exception: com.bluecast.xml.Piccolo.getEncoding()

Have anyone faced this kind of problem? If so, please
help me with a resolution. I think I have different
jar files related to different other parsers in my
class path. Is that the reason for this problem?
