not able to deploy pluto

Hi All,
 
 I am not able to  deploy pluto using Maven under win system.
 
 Please help me
 
 
FIRST I tried

E:\jakarta-pluto>maven fullDeployment

The only difference  I can see from the provided installation is that I
have 
maven-1.0-beta-10 , which does't have "bin\install_repo.bat", but I se
the hoem & path both, maven runs & download the jars plugin & repository
in my <windows user director>/.maven/repository.
 
 
 
 
 
I also tried

following after succeded of api & container api goals.
