> Carry-over from HTRACE-214. It changed Builders to be inner-classes of the class being built in all but one case, the TracerBuilder case. This is the new entry-way to HTrace so a bit odd if front-door "opens in" but all other doors "open out". Fix. Assigned myself. Fix in doc too.
