Add a list to MARC

Hello,

WSIF is a project in the Apache Web Services umbrella. So far WSIF users 
and WSIF developers have been exchanging messages on 
axis-user@xml.apache.org and axis-dev@xml.apache.org, which are archived 
on your site.

Recently we have begun using our own mailing lists: 
wsif-user@ws.apache.org and wsif-dev@ws.apache.org. We would appreciate it 
if you could archive these as well. Subcriptions to these lists can be 
made by emailing wsif-user-subscribe@ws.apache.org and 
wsif-dev-subscribe@ws.apache.org respectively.
