Adding template Success, but download status error:Storage agent or storage VM disconnected

What troubles me?
I register a new template in Cloudstack 4.0, Registered successfully, but downloaded about 25%, the status turn to "Storage agent or storage VM disconnected".
What's the reason and how to solve it and avoid it?


Detail about my CloudStack:
CS version is 4.0. Registering template info  is as follows:

Name: CentOS6.2-64bit-lfq
URL: http://192.168.12.100/Centos6.2-X64-lfq.ova
Zone: All Zones
Hypervisor: VMware
Root disk controller:  ide
NIC adapter type: E1000
Keyboard type: US
Format: OVA
OS Type: CentOS 6.0 (64-bit)
Publib: checked
