hi all,
i just commited a rather large set of modified files. this fixed a lot
of object creations when internally converting uuid strings to NodeIds
and vice-versa. this fix should speedup jackrabbit by factor 2.

the downside of this change is that some of the signatures of ItemId,
NodeId, PropertyId, ItemState, NodeState, PropertyState changed. the
ones that built their own persistence managers probably need to adapt
this.
