Web site and mailing lists

Hello all,

The Logging Services web-site is starting to take shape. We need at
least one more volunteer to work on the site.

The Logging Services general mailing list has been created in order to
discuss the evolution of the LS project. See

   http://logging.apache.org/site/mailing-lists.html

for details. Developers of the various log4* projects are expected to
subscribe to general@.
