Latest APR stable build
What is the latest stable build of the Apache APR, when was it produced,
and where is the best place to obtain it? If there is another stable
build coming out in the near future, please also let me know about the
plans for it. I am trying to synchronize this up with our project.
Thanks in advance.

Multicolored spots before the eyes, and the furniture looks a bit
soft... er, obviously I was smoking something weird. A "cvs up -A" and
rebuild made the problem vanish.
Sorry. Never mind me.

I committed the fix and it builds here. What are your observations?

Doesn't compile on FreeBSD, either.

The apr_atomic implementation still doesn't compile on Windows. IMHO
making a 1.0 prerelease doesn't make sense until this is fixed.

I was supposed to tag and roll 0.9.5 and 1.0-test1 yesterday, but got
sidetracked and forgot about it. I'll try to do it today.
