[I] Voting does not seem to work (tooling-trusted-releases)
potiuk opened a new issue, #318:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-releases/issues/318
So far I was unable to vote on the release (started in Airflow providers) - possibly because the email is sent to me personally and I can't send the email to private@ (see #316) - but neither responding to email with +1 nor voting via URL does not seem to do anything at all.
Again - possibly it's because it's sent to my personal email. I see this one on the voting page:
<img width="643" height="138" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9809a63b-087e-44d3-bee6-23de5b32ba28" />
So looks like URL could not be retrieved to communicate with the mailing list backend (that would be pretty reasonable expectation).

The `private@` issue was tracked by #316 which was resolved by cbdfe748878fead1f1d8ef9705474f82251b5c32 and 5c8850fc0f2e62300a7ce06af926fecb448b81cc. I've also added 9905a4ffc9e7e67679f142eac5b2d18d908623c3 which explains in more detail why a vote thread may not be retrieved.

Yep, we can't get a thread from `lists.archive.org` if you use your personal email address.
Would you like us to change the error message or take some other action?

During the beta and in production we should require that the address be a public mailing list of the project. Part of the ATR attestations we want to provide is a link to the public vote thread.
