image caching

Hello everyone,

first of all I must thank Venkatesh Rangarajan for his invaluable assistance
concerning caching issues. With the advices provided,
my jsp page is in much better shape now than what it was on Friday.
What I realize now is that the jpeg created in my dynamic jsp is not updated
upon page access, even know the rest of the jsp page is.
So it seems like re-validating a jpeg (or .gif, whatever...) is not the same
as re-validating some scriptlets.
That's weird. Anybody has suggestions or wants to discuss that matter? I am
now working on a solution with the toolkit. Maybe I'll get somewhere.
