Upgrading from 0.18 to 0.20.4

Sorry if this seems an obvious question but can someone confirm that the
org.apache.fop.apps.Driver class has lost the buildFOTree methods in the
evolution from version 0.18 to 0.20.4 please?

The API has changed considerably, check the source in Driver.java for
details.
