MEthod for population

Hello everyone,

	Can someone help me by sending me sample code for the populate method for a checkbox List.
	In the application in wich I'm wrking, when i don't choose any option of a checkbox list in a form in the session, In the action I get the old value of the checkboxes choosen in the orevious action.
