Remove vagrant code from default branch

The vagrant code has not been touched since 2016 (2014 if you discount
some generic changes).

Seems little reason to keep it in the main branch.

I propose to create a vagrant branch with the current code, and drop
it from the default branch.

Any objections?

A branch should make it much easier to find the code - no need to
delve into history.

No objections to removing it from the main branch. I don't see a
reason to create a vagrant branch as if there ever is interest the
code remains in the history, but if you are inclined to create it -
again, no objections.
