Mapping properties to area traits: refactoring

HI all,

Following Arved's suggestions, I'm starting to look at how best to
consolidate the property to trait mapping which is done by most FOs. I
started by going through Chapter 6 of the XSL CR, looking for the
properties or groups of properties which apply to each FO. The result,
as an HTML table, is attached.

I'll be looking at whether it makes sense to add any new classes to the
FObj class hierarchy to better capture the behavior of the different FOs
and centralize property handling and general layout logic.
