http from one to many

Hello everybody

Have someone build a program that uses soap to send a soap message from
one client to many clients(type multicasting or brodcasting) over http.
How can the clients now when the new message is coming in?
How can the client now where to send the message?
How can i implement this in my program.
Is someone have some examples of it in java?
