CVS Head problem
Interesting output from log4cxx-test (I got a popup saying runtime error abnormal program termination):
C:\src\Public\libs\log4cxx-0.9.8\build\debug\shared>log4cxx-test.exe
...................F.F.F.......E.E.E.E.E.................Count not open [input/x
ml/customLevel1.xml] : The system cannot locate the resource specified.(file 0,
column 0)
input/xml/customLevel1.xml]. [
DOM exception
No appender could be found for logger (xml.CustomLevelTestCase).
Please initialize the log4cxx system properly.

The unit tests must be run in the tests directory since all the
resources (configuration files, witness files) are relative to that
directory.
cd logging-log4cxx/tests
../build/debug/shared/log4cxx-test
