## What is the purpose of the change
add doc how to use generic reference to test a service with protobuf serialization.

## Brief changelog
add GooglePb-generic-reference.md 
 all change will be add before 10.07

Pls read the guide for adding new document in the index. A new blog need following steps:

- Add new .md file under blog/en-us or blog/zh-cn.
- Update site_config/blog.js, add a new entry to the blog in either en-us or zh-cn.
- Send the pull request contains the .md and blog.js only.

1. Shoule I generate html and modify some js files by myself and how  to do it?
2.  Demo url link to my personal repository, do we have some common repository.
