[jira] [Created] (ZEPPELIN-3999) How to install an helium package offline and make it available within Zeppelin?

Ramkumar KB created ZEPPELIN-3999:
-------------------------------------

Summary: How to install an helium package offline and make it available within Zeppelin?
                 Key: ZEPPELIN-3999
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-3999
             Project: Zeppelin
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: helium
    Affects Versions: 0.8.0
Environment: An environment where download and install of Node, NPM and Yarn has to be done by a different linux user than the one that runs Zeppelin.
            Reporter: Ramkumar KB

How to install Helium visualization package w/o the need to download and install Node, NPM and Yarn? In other words, can one download, install and prepare the visualization pkg and then somehow install this in Zeppelin, and restart Zeppelin?

Background Research:

Trying to understand the Java Class to see what configurations to set up so that download and install is skipped -

Thank you for any tips and pointers.
