Tarball testing

Please test the following distribution file:

http://www.apache.org/dist/old/broken.tar.gz

I have signed versions of this file ready to go into /dist when we 
have decided that this is ready.

IMHO, yes it should, if for no other reason than to give module writers
the ability to code according to the Apache style guide.  If their
modules eventually get integrated into the base package, this can save
some work.

Done; I only noticed a .indent.pro file in src/*; not sure if it should be
there. Apart from that; it seems a stable version to me; that is, it
passes our regresion test :-)
