I agree this will block image spam.  But the false positives on this rule will
be atrocious.  

Nearly ever major newsletter uses images via cid's not to mention signature
lines with logos, etc. And I much prefer cid's instead of web links for the
privacy tracking issues.

I know on your mail server you block mail with inline images so you likely have
no statistics.  

But in just ONE of my personal corpus of hand filtered legit mail less than 8
days old, out of 1119 messages, we are talking about 335 hits.

Comparing to the hand filtered Spam corpus with 124 messages, we have 16 hits
hit.

To me, the rule is pointless without being used in conjunction with some other
rule, it might be useful, but as a standalone rule I would argue it simply
says: Email has an Attached Image which has no bearing on Spam or Ham status.

In short, this needs to be __INLINE_ATTACHED_IMAGE  and used with something
else.
