Using Web Components with POI

Hi,

Excel has an Add-On from Microsoft, named Web Components
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=982B0359-0A86-4FB2-
A7EE-5F3A499515DD&displaylang=en), which enables converting components from
Excel files to htm files.

Is there any way to perform the same operation with POI?

Thanks.
