[Docs] Need verification on LB content

Hi Devs,

Can someone please review the content on Load Balancers [1]. This content
was written for 4.0.0. Therefore, there is a high possibility that the
content may need to be updated. In addition, now that we support NGINX we
might have additional information to add to this page. Looking forward to
your feedback!
