Here's a patch that adds a back button to the 'Directory Selection' and 'Option Selection' views.

In adding the back button I moved some of the logging to be added to the "handleInstallBtnClick()" method.This prevented the log messages from being added every time the user proceeded from the initial screen where the SDK and Players were selected. Now they are only logged once the install has been initiated. All other logging remained the same. So any errors that could happen will still be logged.
