ctakes-chunker/desc/ is missing analysis_engine/ and collection_processing_engine/ subdirectories.  ctakes-dictionary-lookup/desc/ and ctakes-side-effect/desc/ are missing collection_processing_engine subdirectory.

When this problem is reconciled then the User Guide wiki https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+3.1+User+Guide should be updated appropriately (table of locations)
