xml parsing failing

Hello,

Up in HBASE-21098 I ran into issues with the jenkins build failing on xml
parsing. The xml parsing passes locally, but failed on jenkins with this
error:

'hbase-common/src/main/resources/hbase-default.xml: script engine for
language js can not be found'

It isn't blocking me as I can verify locally, but I wanted to point this
out.
