[PR] fix(settings): harden Metrics data source validation [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ## Summary
   - Validate supported Prometheus-compatible data source types at the request boundary.
   - Validate supported authentication modes at the same boundary.
   - Preserve the existing missing-name validation regression coverage.
   
   ## Validation
   - `JAVA_HOME=$(/usr/libexec/java_home -v 21) mvn -q -Dtest=SettingsControllerTest test`
   
   Closes #1387
   Closes #1389
