[jira] Resolved: (CMIS-169) cmislib testDuplicateFolder is wrong

Jeff Potts resolved CMIS-169.
-----------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

I've removed this test. Would be nice if the spec dictated some consistent behavior here, but I understand that some repositories do allow duplicate nodes to be created.

>
> testDuplicateFolder assumes that it will receive an exception if it tries to create two objects with the same cmis:name.
> But nothing in the spec requires this.
