[NOTIFICATION] 6.4.0 has removed from download page

Hi

As we release 6.6.0 successfully, 6.4.0 has just been removed from the
download page and mirror system. Of course, the user could download it from
archive site. But it is not recommended due to a serious reconnection bug
existing.

This is the notification to the community.
