GH pull request messages still moving out of dev@?

There was a plan to move GH messages to notifications@ and out of dev@?

Was that dropped?

I'm fine with any decision since it's not possible to work with email
without filters and they do sort job the best.
As for topic issue, I saw only two projects that post GH notifications
to dev@: couch-epi and fauxton, but the latter seems fixed that
problem. Everyone else are on notification@ ML.

I recall that we wanted to keep those, but remove everything else.

I’m happy either way, how do the others feel?
