Problems using Apache 2.0.40/Tomcat 4.0.4 via mod_jk

Hello,

Now we've got the module compiled and set up. Accessing /tomcat-docs via Apache
works (as well as getting apache's static content). However, trying to access
any dynamic content (/examples or /manager) results in a Internal Server Error
from Apache. Why? In what log files should I be looking in while searching for
the source of the error?
