Mistake CLASSAPATH

Syntax for the derbyrun.jar file.

Found problem in above file: you wrote CLASSAPATH instead of CLASSPATH

I have fixed the typo (revision 1140796).
It will take a little while before the change makes it into the 
published online docs.
