   Is is possible to release prebuild binary of c++/c on different platforms? Like windows, ubuntu, mac os(like pytorch and tensorflow done), android and ios?
   It is very hard to compile a working version of mxnet, I am ok and happy to use python, but not all of the tasks are suitable for python, thanks.
