The ant script is looking for "no-slf4j" and "slf4j" folders under the "src"
directory. These folders must be created. But a more critical bug is that the
ant script can not find the ULogger interface. I believe this is because the
ULogger interface has been renamed as Logger. So the ant script can not build.
