1. some shapes are absent for spark
1.1. c4.2xlarge
1.2. c4.8xlarge
1.3. p2.xlarge
2. In "Role" drop down list move "View full billing report for all users" and "Allow to execute administration operation" (for AWS and Azure) and "Allow to execute administration operation" (for GCP) in the end of list
