    Description: Update Apache Flex installer so that it installs Apache Flex 4.12.  (was: Update Apache Flex installer so that it installs Apache Flex 4.10.

The installer by default is installer rather old version of the Flash Player and AIR. Suggest adding step at front to select version.)
