As part of cTAKES entry into the ASF Incubator process, we need to migrate our existing code over from SourceForge. But we would like to preserve the commit/revision history in the process.
Could we perform an svmadmin load of the current dump file located on:
people.apache.org:/home/chenpei/ohnlp_svndump_20120724_17_50_00.dump.gz (8GB compressed/14GB uncompressed)
into: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ctakes/
- If possible, could we backup/restore the current site directory used by Apache CMS.
- Otherwise, It is okay to overwrite the current https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ctakes/ repo from the dump file as we have just started the migration.
- The userids will be different between SourceForge and Apache Id's. Hopefully, this won't pose any issues.

Initial checks seems okay- I performed the following:
- Exported the SHARPn-cTAKES code base to local workspace
o Code compiles
o Ran the cdp test sample note with the AggregatePlaintextUMLSProcessor pipeline and output still looks good.
- Spot checked several src files to ensure they contain the past revision history
- Checked the requested user ids in the Jira maps to the apache id
I only performed the checks manually (no automated systematic check...)

I can confirm that, at least for the SHARPn-cTAKES branch (the only branch I'm really familiar with), everything still compiles correctly. I also ran two of our experiments in the relation-extractor module, and they reproduce identical results to those we were getting before. I checked my commits, and they do appear to be correctly attributed to "stevenbethard". So, at least for the part of the repository that I can vouch for, everything looks good.
