In public API we have ignite.cacheNames() method to get all cache names and ignite.services().serviceDescriptors() to get services, but no method for data structures like:
* atomicSequenceNames()
* atomicLongNames()
* atomicReferenceNames()
* atomicStampedNames()
* queueNames()
* setNames()
* semaphoreNames()
* countDownLatchNames()
