New FAQ entry for metadata documentation

There seems to be a lack of documentation for the container to gadget
server integration, plus some disucssion on the OpenSocial groups. I
think this is more container specific, rather than OpenSocial
specifications.
 
Had some info from a while ago, and put the entry under the FAQs.
