[c2] ValidatorAction patches

Hi,
	attached are several patches that make debugging of various validator
actions easier (through more verbose messages),

	<parameter name="create-session" value="no"/> was added to
DatabaseAuthenticatorAction, so that you can use it for one-time verification
leaving sesion untouched (I use it for verification before dbupdate-action
takes place to change password, for example)...
