[PR] hw/stm32: Make flash definition common [mynewt-core]

kasjer opened a new pull request, #3376:

   STM32_FLASH_SIZE_KB and STM32_FLASH_NUM_AREAS were defined in bsp
   
   Now common definition is provided in stm32_common
   
   bsps provide values
