Apache + mod_jk + tomcat + Post binary data --> data loss

Hello,

I have a problem posting binary data to a tomcat servlet when using
apache as frontend: All 0xFF bytes are filtered out of the binary data,
so it is corrupted. When I do the same directly to tomcat, everything
works absolutely without any problem.

Have anyone ever had this problem? Which component can be
responsible for the 0xFF filtering? apache, mod_jk or tomcat?

My configuration:
Windows 2000
Apache 1.3.23
Tomcat 3.2 + mod_jk

Everything works fine, except of this POST problem.

Regards,

Theo
