    Improve error messages in case of invalid file paths or URIs

    Gives hints for cases when the most probable error cause is a forgotten slash '/'.
    Improves message on non-qualified file URIs

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
